Rental properties Elements sold

The unique Elements residential tower is being developed by KondorWessels Vastgoed in the Amstelkwartier and the rental properties have been sold to United Management from Baarn. The new icon in Amsterdam with an amazing view will be 70 meters high and offers space for a total of 70 owner-occupied apartments, 70 rental apartments, an indoor swimming pool with Amstel-view, commercial facilities on the ground floor, an inner garden and a green wooded roof garden. The sale of the owner-occupied homes has started and is being sold in various phases (www.elements-living.nl).

The internationally award-winning design by Koschuch Architects has been achieved through parametric design. ARUP compared hundreds of tower variants with each other to arrive at an optimal design, taking into account the elements in its environment: sun, water, wind and greenery. Elements is thus the first building formed by the elements.

The sale concerns a total of 70 energy-efficient rental apartments with an EPC label of -0.18 and an MPG of 0.50, which will be let in the mid-market segment. In addition, approximately 650 m² of commercial facilities will be realized. The festive start of construction is planned in February 2023.

KondorWessels Vastgoed has been advised commercially by Cushman & Wakefield and legally by Houthoff; de United Management was assisted commercially by Savills, legally by Dentons, and technically by Miggelbrink Vastgoed.
