KondorWessels Vastgoed is developing the parametric residential tower ‘Elements’ at a beautiful location on the Amstel in Amsterdam. The 70-meter-high building offers space for 70 owner-occupied and 70 mid-term rental homes and various communal areas, such as a swimming pool and roof gardens. \nWith solar panels on the roof and integrated in the balcony edges, the total energy requirement of the building itself is generated sustainably. Elements is designed in such a way that energy is collected when it is needed. The use of wood in the hybrid construction, for example, stores CO2 instead of blowing it into the air and results in a CO2 reduction of 50%.<\/p>\n

Sneak preview<\/strong>
\nAt the sneak preview on September 24<\/a>, we will present the Elements building and the different housing types divided over the three parts of the ‘Parc, City and Sky’ building. Registration for the first 11 apartments with a diverse mix of housing types will also start on this day.<\/p>\n
