It is here that KondorWessels Vastgoed is creating a unique ensemble of buildings, consisting of 136 owner-occupied and rental homes and ten self-build plots. The result will be an interplay of imposing buildings of differing heights on the banks of the river Maas, with a wild and robust courtyard garden. By doing so, Amvest is contributing to the stock of affordable rental homes in the city of Rotterdam. The rental homes are located in block D of the ‘Kratonblok’ building along the Kratonkade. The expectation is that the homes will be available for rent in the first quarter of 2024. The future tenants will be offered services such as shared mobility.<\/p>\n
