Realisation of Lumen in full swing<\/h2>\n

The realisation of the Lumen project is in full swing. Of the 69 homes in total, well over 95% have been sold. The demolition of the former office building of the Directorate-General for Public Works and Water Management is to be completed, on schedule, in March 2021 and will make way for the new Lumen building. Lumen is right next to the beach, the boulevard and the harbour in Scheveningen. It is rough but wonderfully imperfect because it has been constructed from natural materials, such as wood and stone, to give it a unique finish. Lumen is also full of bright colours. Natural grey stone and chalk white tints mean you are bathed in light both inside and out.
