The design links up seamlessly with the existing buildings in the neighbourhood. De Baak stands for connections. Connections between the residents themselves and between the residents and the rest of the local area. Lloyd Yard is home to a very wide range of property types, ranging from studios and maisonettes to town houses. Lloyd Yard also represents sustainability. Connections between the residents themselves thanks to the cohesion which exists between the rental and owner-occupied homes, in various price segments, and the swimming pool and connections between the residents and the rest of the local area thanks to the bar and the co-working spaces.
