We take this responsibility extremely seriously and have plenty of experience in our portfolio with large-scale area development. Kabeldistrict<\/h2>\n[\/split_line_heading][vc_column_text]The Kabeldistrict, or ‘Cable District’, is a large-scale area development which is intended to create 3,000 homes and 2,000 jobs. A high-tech, mixed urban area where living, working, learning and making come together. Businesses that have developed beyond the start-up phase are to be given all the space they need to continue growing. Spaarnebuiten<\/h2>\n[\/split_line_heading][vc_column_text]The focus of the SpaarneBuiten development was largely on sustainability. For example, the soil was decontaminated, sustainable materials were widely used and a great deal of energy was channelled into the quality of the drinking water. These efforts were intended to make sure that SpaarneBuiten is not only future-proof, but also a healthy place to live for its residents. Dutch Lake Residence<\/h2>\n[\/split_line_heading][vc_column_text]Another excellent example of area development is Dutch Lake Residence. It has involved a thorough metamorphosis of a unique 22-hectare recreation area and the construction of 222 holiday homes. In the area, we are creating a new future in which recreation and nature go hand in hand. The main focus of this development is on existing natural structures.
