“I am proud to leave behind a thriving company with a bright future and a young, enthusiastic, energetic, creative and talented team. KondorWessels Vastgoed stands for a daring mentality in project development, together with a creative attitude and a social heart, which is reflected in our upgrading of neglected areas, saving of relevant buildings, and the development of affordable rental and owner-occupied homes. After winning three great tenders in the past few months, continuity for the company is guaranteed. I thank my dear colleagues for a great cooperation and wish them all the luck and happiness in further strengthening and expanding KondorWessels Vastgoed. I would also like to thank VolkerWessels for the long-standing trust and the opportunities that I have been able to seize thanks to them. Finally, I would like to thank all relations with whom I have often worked intensively on many wonderful projects. There have been many highlights during my directorship at KondorWessels Vastgoed, of which Kleiburg and De Pier were my personal favorites.

As of March 1, 2023 I will proceed to expand the ideas and dreams that I have cherished for a while. Next to that, I will be available for other opportunities and initiatives.”
