KondorWessels Vastgoed is developing the parametric residential tower ‘Elements’ at a beautiful location on the Amstel in Amsterdam. The 70-meter-high building offers space for 70 owner-occupied and 70 mid-term rental homes and various communal areas, such as a swimming pool and roof gardens. On Saturday 24 September, interested parties are welcome at the Sneak preview event and the first homes will go on sale.
The international prize-winning design by Koschuch Architects is partly determined by the wind, the position of the sun in combination with the environment. This creates the perfect shape (parametric) and we create the optimal living comfort in both summer and winter.
Lots of luxury extras
Residents can make use of the many luxurious extras that will be included in Elements, such as an indoor swimming pool with a view of the Amstel, a communal living room, a bar and other commercial facilities on the ground floor and green forest-like rooftop gardens.
CO2 reduction as a starting point
With solar panels on the roof and integrated in the balcony edges, the total energy requirement of the building itself is generated sustainably. Elements is designed in such a way that energy is collected when it is needed. The use of wood in the hybrid construction, for example, stores CO2 instead of blowing it into the air and results in a CO2 reduction of 50%.
Sneak preview
At the sneak preview on September 24, we will present the Elements building and the different housing types divided over the three parts of the ‘Parc, City and Sky’ building. Registration for the first 11 apartments with a diverse mix of housing types will also start on this day.
