1. Introduction
This Privacy Statement relates to the processing of personal data of visitors of the website www.kondorwessels.nl of KondorWessels Vastgoed (hereinafter: we). We respect the privacy of the visitors of our website and handle your personal data carefully. In doing so we comply with the applicable laws and regulations in the field of the privacy.
We are a member of Koninklijke VolkerWessels B.V. It is possible that your personal data are processed by VolkerWessels or one of its operating companies (hereinafter: VolkerWessels).
In this Privacy Statement we inform you about the way in which we process your personal data.
2. For what purposes are the data processed and which personal data are processed?
We may process personal data of the visitors of our website (hereinafter: visitors) for one or more of the following purposes:

We may share the personal data of visitors with:

1. Who falls under this Privacy Policy?
This Privacy Policy relates to the processing of personal data of job applicants who have applied to KondorWessels Vastgoed, hereinafter referred to as ‘we’. We respect the privacy of all our job applicants and will therefore handle your personal data with care. We are always fully compliant with the provisions set out in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This Privacy Policy explains how we are allowed to process your personal data.
2. Who is responsible for processing your personal data?
KondorWessels Vastgoed, is responsible for determining the purpose and means of the processing of your personal data. KondorWessels Vastgoed is a subsidiary of Koninklijke VolkerWessels and its operating companies (hereinafter referred to as: VolkerWessels). It is possible that your personal data will actually be processed by VolkerWessels.
3. What are the processing purposes and what personal data are processed?
We process the personal data of job applicants for various purposes, which are explained in more detail below. Not every processing purpose will apply to you. If a processing purpose does not apply to you, either fully or partially, then your personal data will not be processed for that purpose. Your name, address, email address and telephone number can be processed for all processing purposes. Each processing purpose specifies which personal data we can process:
a. Purpose: to assess suitability for a particular function, position or assignment
Personal data that can be processed: nationality, date and place of birth, gender, marital status, curriculum vitae (CV), cover letter, qualifications, assessment results, psychological and medical examinations/tests, certificate of conduct [Verklaring omtrent het gedrag; VOG], Dutch Credit Registration Office [Bureau Krediet Registratie; BKR] registration, copy of references, passport photo (or copy thereof).
b. Purpose: other recruitment and selection purposes (including correspondence with applicants, to perform tests or medical examinations)
Personal data that can be processed: nationality, date and place of birth, gender, marital status, CV, cover letter, qualifications, assessment results, psychological and medical examinations/tests, copy of references, passport photo (or copy thereof).
c. Purpose: to comply with applicable laws and regulations
(for example to provide data to the tax authorities or to comply with a court order or a request from an enforcement authority).
Personal data that can be processed: This will depend on the specific legislation and regulations that need to be complied with, but will usually include at least your name, address and telephone number.
4. How do we collect your personal data?
Your personal data are collected in different ways:

A request to exercise one or more of the aforementioned rights can be submitted in writing to our data privacy officer, via info@kondorwessels.nl.
When we receive a request, we will, depending on the nature of the request, first weigh up the interests involved and then decide whether we can and are permitted to comply with the request. We will then give you an appropriate response.
If we are late in responding to you or if your request has been rejected, you can escalate this with the VolkerWessels Privacy Taskforce. Of course, you are at all times entitled to make a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority or to start legal proceedings.
7. Transfer of personal data to third parties
VolkerWessels en KondorWessels Vastgoed will not share your personal data with third parties, unless you have given your explicit consent to do so.
8. How long will my personal data be stored?
We only retain your personal data for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which the data were collected, unless we are legally obliged to retain for longer.
